We have developed a goat mite with corrosion resistance and plasma resistance on an alumite film.

China Electric Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. has developed a sealing treatment layer (Yagimite) with high hardness and remarkable corrosion resistance, applied on anodized coatings used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment's vacuum components. The formation of this sealing treatment layer has dramatically improved the performance of the anodized coating. Yagimite, which excels in alkali resistance, has about five times the corrosion resistance of conventional materials and also shows a 1.3 times improvement in plasma resistance compared to traditional anodized coatings.
